What drills can I do to work on producing more backspin in my golf game?
My wedge shots from 65 and out will back up about a foot. But how can I spin the ball back 5 feet or more? What can I do to work on this? I know you have to hit down on the ball and all that, but I need a drill or two. Any ideas?

Will starting to work out improve my golf game?
Look I shoot mid 80's and I really need to get better to get to college. I really want to go to a good school and my only hope is sports. Will working out Help? I only drive about 225 on a good day, hit my 3 wood 200, 5 iron 150. I have a great short game, and I will practice alot, but will working out help?
